part of their studies at the Ecole Militaire,<\/strong> officer trainees at the Ecole de Guerre-Terre have conducted research projects on a number of topics of interest to the Army and Defense.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At the end of the year <\/strong>workshops (equipment, capabilities and maintenance in operational condition, innovation, national territory, combat tomorrow, etc.) as well as round tables (strengthening resilience, cooperating differently, command tomorrow, etc.) were organized on June 14, 15 and 16, 2020 at the Ecole Militaire to present their work and discuss the selected themes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Saint-Cyr Foundation is committed<\/strong> alongside the Ecole de Guerre Terre to support this event called &#8220;INCUBATerre&#8221;, given the free, innovative and exploratory nature of their reflections.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It awarded three prizes<\/strong>, the first two for the best dissertations by French trainees, the third for the best dissertation by a foreign trainee officer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st prize:<\/strong> Commandant Jean Martin (medical support in external operations from the perspective of technological innovations)<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd prize:<\/strong> Major Xavier Barde (application of the American concept of multi-domain operations to the French Army)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special Award:<\/strong>
